Beautiful Villa with private pool and barbacue
The space
Villa fully equipped and furnished 200m from the beach with sea views, with private pool and fenced, spectacular garden, terrace and barbacue. With capacity for 6 people, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The outdoor area of the house has a garden with barbecue. The accommodation is located in the Ebro Delta, an idyllic place where to relax in the middle of nature.
The richness of this area allows you to enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities with family or friends: go to the beach, fish, play sports, sail to the mouth of the river, observe the fauna and flora of the area, excursions to walk or bike, visit the Natural Park, discover the gastronomy and its native products, etc...

Getting around
The Delta del Ebro offers a variety of touristic sites. You can delight yourself in this beautiful place and get to know it walking or biking, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended.
There are many routes and activities to choose from in the Ebre Delta and nearby towns and villages.
House Rules

The price includes towels and sheets (except beach/pool towels).
- The minimum stay is 2 nights, except high season when the minimum stay is 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and bank holidays.

Check-in Time: From 3:00pm (July and August from 5pm).

Check-out Time: Until 11am.
- Services Included (water, electricity).
- Pets allowed.
- The price of the stay will be added the amount of 1€ per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights and only for occupants over 16 years as a tax on stays in tourist establishments.

Parties are not allowed.

Groups under 25 years old not allowed.
- The amount of the deposit during the bank holidays of October 31st "La Castanyada", June 23rd "Sant Joan" and the New Year's Eve is 500€.

Welcome/cleanning kit: 1 scouring pad, 1 dishcloth, 1 dish towel, 1 bottle of washing up liquid (30ml), 1 bar of hand soap, 2 bin bags, 2-3 dishwashers tablets, 1 kitchen roll, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
