BOOKING AND PAYMENT
You must complete the booking form and select the "Book" option so your request can be processed. To fulfill the booking process, you must make a down payment. This down payment is required to complete the booking request. Your lodging reservation is not confirmed until you receive email confirmation from Deltavacaciones. Once your booking is confirmed, Deltavacaciones will send you contact information of the property owner, so you can agree on a place and time to meet, so the property owner can formally hand over the keys, etc.
Payment should be completed online (through our 100% secure web payment system) or by telephone calling Tel. / Whats: (+34) 637 53 56 56 during our office hours, and we'll take your payment information over the phone.

If you desire, we can facilitate an invoice of the down payment. To do so, please send us all invoicing information (company name, address, ID number, etc). Please keep in mind we can only send invoices to companies with a valid European tax number.
If you also wish an invoice for the remainder of the payment, please ask the property owner directly.
As a guarantee in case of property damage during your stay. The amount of this deposit may vary depending on the selected accommodation.
Keep in mind that most of the times you'll be required to make the deposit in cash upon arrival to your accommodation. The day of your departure, after inspectig the property and determining everything is in the same condition as in the day of arrival, the property owner will return the deposit fee.
The minimum stay is usually 2 nights. Please verify the details of your accommodation.
EQUIPMENT AND INTERNET CONNECTION
Equipment (electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, baby cribs, baby chairs, etc) and internet connection can vary depending on the chosen accommodation. Please verify the details of your accommodation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time - Time from which the apartment is available for occupancy: 3 p.m.
Check-out time - Please remember that you will have to check out before 11 a.m.
If you would like to check out later, please contact us at least 24 hours before your departure. We will check if it's possible to make the change.
To cancel a reservation you need to contact Deltavacaciones. Our cancelation terms and conditions are as follows:
- If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, Deltavacaciones will reimburse the full amount of the down payment.
- If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, Deltavacaciones will not reimburse the down payment.
- If you wish to cancel while being on in the property, we may choose to keep the full ammount of the corresponding fees.

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT DURING YOUR STAY
Standards of conduct vary depending on your chosen accommodation. Please verify the details of your accommodation.

Deltavacaciones makes a great effort to keep all information up to date, nonetheless is not responsible of any error that may occur after an update has been uploaded to the webpage. Deltavacaciones has the right to modify prices, descriptions, conditions and pictures anytime. Deltavacaciones reserves the right to update or change their terms of service, conditions and norms anytime they see it fit to do so. All customers are responsible to make sure they are up to date with all new norms, terms and conditions, as mentioned above.
Deltavacaciones is not responsible for any damage or loss done to the porperty during your stay, as theft, ravage, or loss because of fire or any other natural or provoqued incident.
